By enrolling in any service on this platform, you agree to the following terms:
Platform Usage & Course Hosting
Digital courses created through our service and hosted on the platform are tied exclusively to our system for a minimum of 12 consecutive months of billed platform service.
Clients may remove their course at any time after 12 months of continuous platform billing.
If you wish to remove your course prior to completing 12 months, you may do so by paying the full publicly posted one-time course creation fee at the desired time of removal.
Monthly Plan Membership
Monthly members receive exclusive platform access and may be offered discounted rates as a benefit of membership.
Any links provided to access discounted services, member-only tools, or internal processes are confidential and for active members only. Sharing them with non-members is strictly prohibited.
Ownership & Portability
You own your course content. However, course packaging, hosting, and delivery features tied to our proprietary system remain platform-dependent during the initial commitment period.
After the 12-month term or equivalent buyout, you may export and self-host your course at your discretion.
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of this digital service, all payments are final and non-refundable.
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time, but doing so before fulfilling the 12-month term will result in loss of platform access and course hosting unless the buyout option is exercised.
